Two-Building Center in Torrance Completed

The $5-million, 54,500-square-foot Capellino Commerce Center in Torrance has been completed and is now 65% leased. The two-building office-and-warehouse complex at 1815 W. 213th St. is the first of four multi-tenant office and industrial properties developer Capellino & Associates plans to build in the Torrance Business District.
