United States Borax & Chemical Corp. announced an agreement in principle to sell its institutional products business to the Dial Corp. This action is in addition to the earlier sale of certain assets of the consumer products division and concludes the sale of the Los Angeles-based company’s consumer-related business. The price was not disclosed.
