Codercard, an Irvine company that develops computer security products, has named Willis Marsing as president. Marsing has been executive vice president and chief operating officer of the firm since January, 1985. Marsing succeeds Robert Herman, Codercard’s founder, who will remain a Codercard director and consultant.
