Alan B. Sellers has been elected senior vice president and general counsel at Castle & Cooke Inc., Los Angeles. Castle & Cooke is the holding company for the Dole Food Co. and Oceanic Properties Inc. Sellers has been a vice president and general counsel for the company since October, 1985, and its corporate secretary since February, 1986.
