Leaders of Colombia, Mexico Open Talks

CANCUN, Mexico —
The presidents of Mexico and Guatemala began two days of talks on Friday stressing their concern over the situation in Central America.
In opening remarks both President Miguel de la Madrid of Mexico and Guatemala’s Vinicio Cerezo Arevalo said their governments rejected any form of foreign intervention in the region.
