Britain Wants Improved Ties With Argentina--Howe

Howe told reporters he had thanked Switzerland for representing Britain’s interests in Argentina. Diplomatic relations between London and Buenos Aires were broken off in 1982 because of Anglo-Argentine dispute over the Falklands.
