Mexico City Streets Quiet

MEXICO CITY —
Many of Mexico City’s streets were nearly deserted Tuesday, with millions of residents on vacation to mark Holy Week. The government newspaper El Nacional reported that half a million residents were leaving the capital daily to go to beaches, resorts and other vacation spots.
