A Lesson in Lying

Share

Regarding the editorial “Trustees Get an A, Students a Lesson,” (March 27):

Yes, the motivated San Diego students did get a lesson in lying, distrust and double-dealing from the adults in charge of their futures. This situation is akin to an employer offering a wage to a worker, then denying it after the work has been done in order to “make him a better person.”

This same fascist school board has now banned the words minority and majority because a teacher used them to refer to race. Will book burning be next? George Orwell’s “1984” is alive and well in the San Diego Unified School District in 1988!
