Shannon Jenkins has been named president and chief operating officer of TouchStone Software, Seal Beach. Larry Dingus, who had been president, will continue as chairman, chief executive officer and chief financial officer. Jenkins most recently was executive vice president and will continue to serve as corporate secretary. In addition, Kenneth C. Welch III, a company founder, has been elected to the board of directors, and Tom Chappell, former director of software engineering, has been named vice president.
