H. L. (Sparky) Sparks has resigned his post as president of Amdek Corp. and vice president of Amdek’s parent company, Wyse Technology. Michael P. Richman, Wyse’s former vice president of marketing, will assume the day-to-day responsibilities of Amdek as the company’s general manager. He remains a vice president of Wyse. Both companies are headquartered in San Jose.
