Redlake Corp., Morgan Hill-based manufacturer of photographic and video instrumentation equipment, has named Stephen W. Ferrell president and chief executive, replacing Otis C. Ferrell, who has been elected chairman. Stephen Ferrell previously was vice president and general manager.
