Walter B. Ryburn has joined Rathbone, King & Seeley Insurance Services, San Francisco, as vice president and manager of Southern California operations. Ryburn, who headed his own independent insurance agency in Los Angeles for 20 years, was most recently vice president of the Cardiff General Insurance Agency.
