Sandinista and Contra officials meeting in Sapao, Nicaragua, finished mapping seven neutral zones for rebels to occupy during the 60-day cease-fire. They will meet again today to discuss ways to deliver U.S.-supplied food, clothing and medicine to the rebels. Both sides optimistically predicted that they could complete their work on technical matters, but they still had not agreed on a date for the next, more crucial round of talks in Managua, which are designed to make the current cease-fire permanent. Sources said all seven cease-fire enclaves are accessible by road in areas where the Contras already move freely. There are two zones in central Nicaragua, two in the north near the Honduran border, two along the Atlantic coast and one zone in the south.
