Johnson & Johnson and Playtex Holdings Inc. announced that they had mutually terminated negotiations for the sale to Johnson & Johnson of the Playtex Family Products business due to difficulties in structuring and completing the definitive agreements for the deal. Playtex said that it intends to continue to run and build the Family Products business as it has done in the past.
