Emulex Corp. reported record revenue and an 85% increase in net earnings for its fiscal third quarter ended March 27. The Costa Mesa-based computer products company had earnings of $2.39 million, up from $1.29 million in the corresponding quarter a year ago. Revenue increased to $31.76 million from the year-earlier $25.77 million. For the nine months, Emulex’s earnings were up 96% to $6.36 million from $3.24 million a year ago. Revenue increased 19% to $90.95 million from $76.45 million a year earlier.
