InterDyne Co., a financially troubled maker of peripheral equipment for computers, said it intends to move its headquarters to Southern California. A spokesman said the Milpitas, Calif.-based company will most likely settle in a small facility in Orange County. The Milpitas site is much too big now that InterDyne has moved manufacturing operations to Singapore, he said. The company also said it has closed its R&D; center in Austin, Tex., and that negotiations to raise $3 million to $6 million in needed working capital “are continuing.”
