The Orange County Black Actors Theatre will present “Eubie” on the South Coast Repertory Second Stage in Costa Mesa this summer instead of “Ain’t Misbehavin”’ as originally announced. OCBTA executive director Adleane Hunter said local rights to “Ain’t Misbehavin”’ have been withdrawn because a new national tour of the Fats Waller revue is in the works. “Eubie,” based on the life and songs of pianist Eubie Blake, will be presented July 7 to 31.
