Louis Senno has been appointed to the new position of vice president, North American customer service, for MAI Basic Four, Tustin. Before joining MAI, Senno was western region vice president of Sorbus Inc., a computer maintenance company. Previously, Senno had spent seven years with Xerox in various management positions and three years with Olivetti Corp. as Northern California district manager. MAI Basic Four is a manufacturer of business computer systems.
