A group led by investor Anthony Barrasso has increased its stake in RCM Technologies Inc. to 6.05% of the company’s common stock, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The group, which includes five investors, bought 56,275 of the RCM’s common shares between March 30 and April 11 at prices ranging from $2.12 to $2.31 each. Los Angeles-based RCM provides personnel supply and engineering services to the aerospace, marine and electronic industries.
