Carlsbad
Gov. George Deukmejian on Thursday appointed attorney S. Patricia Rosenbaum of Carlsbad to sit on the North County Municipal Court bench. Rosenbaum, 40, replaces Judge Runston G. Maino, who was elevated to San Diego Superior Court.
A 1974 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Rosenbaum has been associate legal counsel for the San Diego Trust & Savings Bank since 1983. Before that, she was in private practice for two years and a San Diego deputy city attorney from 1976 to 1981.
She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Assn., the Lawyers Club of San Diego and the San Diego Financial Lawyers.
The annual salary for a Municipal Court judge is $77,409.
