Simi Business Park Start Set

Construction will begin this month on Simi Valley Business Park, a 142,000-square-foot development valued at $10.5 million.
The center, located at Tapo Street and Ish Drive in Simi Valley, will have 7 one-story multi-tenant buildings on 10 acres.
The Simi Valley Business Park Associates project was designed by Ware & Malcomb Architects, of Woodland Hills. The general contractor is Breton Construction, Irvine and Daum Johnstown, of Woodland Hills is the leasing agent.
