Bishop Inc. Names Two New Officers

Bishop Inc., a Westlake Village company that sells engineering and design products, named Kenneth J. Kay as executive vice president and chief operating officer, and Dennis K. Tsuyuki as controller and principal accounting officer.

Tsuyuki replaces Gordon Almquist, who resigned as vice president and chief financial officer, a Bishop spokesman said.
