William Stowell, chief financial officer of Dense-Pac Microsystems, has been named a vice president of the Garden Grove defense electronics company. Prior to joining the company in July, 1987, Stowell held positions in the manufacturing, service and retail industries. He was also an audit manager with Price Waterhouse.
