Zimmerman to Preside Over Mortgage Assn.

Stanley M. Zimmerman, president of Home Budget Loans, Los Angeles, has been elected 1988-90 president of the Mortgage Institute of California, the state’s largest trade association for individuals and firms dealing in the financing of real estate trust deeds.

Other officers are Dan Leimel of Sierra Home Loans, Riverside, southern vice president, and Steven Pefferle of Equity Home Loans, Campbell, Calif., northern vice president.

Elected board of trustee members are Michael Dean, Santa Cruz; D. Russell Burwell, Redwood City; David Cleveland, Capitola; Charles F. Nielsen, Santa Monica; Ronald Oliva, San Francisco, and David Yancey, San Jose.

Also on the board are past presidents S. Guy Puccio, Hayward, and Gary Naiman of San Diego. Appointed board members are Mardell Sutherland, membership chairman; Jeffrey Zeltzer, education chairman, and N. Mitchel Feinstein, legal counsel.
