British composer Andrew Lloyd Webber was honored Monday by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers. The organzation presented Webber with its first ASCAP Triple Play Award, for having three musical hits running simultaneously in New York and London--”Cats,” “Starlight Express,” and “Phantom of the Opera.”
