Democrats to meet: Democrats from the 69th Assembly District will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Progressive Savings & Loan, 19900 Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach, to discuss a special project. The district includes Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Irvine, Costa Mesa and southern Santa Ana.
