Thousands of music fans braved chilly rain and cloudy skies to swing to jazz sounds Saturday at the 15th annual Sacramento Dixieland Jubilee, the largest festival of its type in the world. Some 300,000 fans were expected to engulf Sacramento during the Memorial Day weekend. The event was also expected to draw more than 105 bands from around the world to play at 44 locations around town. The festival started in 1974 with 8,000 people listening to 21 bands.
