Reputed Chicago Crime Ringleader Caught by FBI

LANTANA, Fla. —
The FBI on Wednesday captured one of its most wanted fugitives, a convicted drug dealer reputed to be the ringleader of a Chicago crime organization called “The Little Mafia,” the agency announced. Jack Barrell Farmer, 35, was arrested without incident when he bolted from a house, FBI spokesman Paul Miller said.
