Leighton & Associates has appointed Sid A. Siddiqui to the new position of vice president, engineering, for the Inland Empire. His responsibilities include providing marketing contacts, project leads and assistance to the company’s regional offices in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, the Coachella Valley, Rancho California and Victorville. Siddiqui, who joined Leighton in 1977, has been regional office manager in the Riverside/San Bernardino office since 1980. Leighton & Associates, headquartered in Irvine, is a geotechnical and environmental services consulting firm.
