50 Arrested in China for Bus Ticket Fraud

HONG KONG —
Fifty bus drivers and conductors have been arrested in Shenzhen, in southeastern China, on charges of selling fake tickets to passengers and pocketing the fares, a Hong Kong newspaper reported Friday.
The pro-Beijing Wen Wei Po said an investigation found that the cheating had been going on for at least three years and had cost the state-owned bus company $90,000.
