Human Rights at the Summit
With the Soviets possessing 20,000 nuclear warheads and the U.S. 30,000, the issue of human rights in the Soviet Union should have been handled more diplomatically by President Reagan at the summit. The main issue is to get rid of the nuclear weapons each country has aimed at the other country. We must be hasty. Survival of the human race is at stake.
We cannot improve the human condition if there are no human beings left to improve.
