Argus Energy Boosts Its Stake in Tosco Corp.

A group led by Argus Energy Corp. boosted its stake in Tosco Corp. from about 45.5% to 47.5%, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The group said it bought 106,500 Tosco preferred shares between June 2 and June 8 for a total of $4.3 million.
