German Terrorist Freed

MAINZ, West Germany —
Klaus Juenschke, a left-wing terrorist sentenced to life in prison for robbing a bank and killing a police officer, was pardoned Thursday after serving 16 years in prison. Juenschke, 40, a former member of the Red Army Faction, has renounced terrorism in several interviews with the news media.
