Falcon Cablevision, a California limited partnership, said it has agreed to acquire Enstar Communications Corp., a Georgia cable television company that serves 72,000 subscribers in eight states, for about $28 million . . . Boeing Commercial Airplanes said KLM of Holland has ordered three 737-400s for delivery by fall of 1989, giving the Seattle firm 381 aircraft orders valued at about $15.7 billion so far this year . . . Stop & Shop Cos. said its previously announced merger with SSC Acquisition Corp., a company formed by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., has been completed following a special meeting of stockholders . . .
