Ex-Waitress Wins $14 Million

The California State Lottery Commission announced today that the winner of a $14.1-million jackpot in Wednesday night’s lottery drawing is Maymal R. Williams of Los Angeles, a 74-year-old retired waitress who lives in a hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
