Psychologist and teacher Henry A. Murray, 95, credited with valuable contributions to the study of human motivation and co-developer, with C. D. Morgan, of the Thematic Apperception Test, a tool used in psychiatric diagnosis. He had taught at Harvard University for 40 years when he retired in 1962. In Cambridge, Mass., on Thursday.
