The Diamond Products division of Penhall International, Anaheim, has been acquired by Norton Co. of Worcester, Mass. No purchase price was given. The division, which makes diamond blades and core bits for the professional cutting market, will become part of Norton’s construction products unit. It will continue to operate facilities in Fullerton.
