Henkell Corp. Raises Its Stake in Clorox

Henkell Corp. boosted its stake in Clorox Co. by 1% to 26% of the Oakland-based firm, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Between May 17 and June 15, the Minneapolis-based concern bought 579,900 Clorox common shares at between $28 and $29.81 each. Henkell now owns about 14 million shares.
