Rethinking Our Public Libraries

I have a dream which is divided into three parts. First, the Writers Guild strike drags on and on. Second, the fall TV season falls flat on its face. Third, the desperate public flocks to public libraries to check out books, and stays to demand longer hours, more services and more funding.
