Koll Purchases Sepulveda Center Office Building

The Koll Co., Los Angeles, has purchased the 12-story Sepulveda Center office tower at 3415 S. Sepulveda Blvd. from Beverly Hills Savings for what industry sources say was more than $25 million.
The 168,200-square-foot West Los Angeles building was acquired by Koll in a joint venture with Aldrich, Eastman & Waltch Inc., a New York advisory firm representing an institutional investor.
The tower was designed by the Landau Partnership, Santa Monica, and completed in 1981.
