Flood Alert in Bangladesh

DHAKA, Bangladesh —
Officials on Monday ordered a full disaster alert in Bangladesh and sent more troops to evacuate those marooned by monsoon floods in which at least 70 people were killed in less than two weeks. The death toll soared after 20 people drowned in the worst-hit districts of Sylhet, Sunamganj, Netrokona on Sunday.
