West Hollywood : Council Joins Loan Program

The City Council has voted to participate in the Deferred Payment Loan Program to assist low-income households.

The program, administered by the California Department of Housing and Community Development, provides low-interest loans to property-owners who do not have funds to make improvements.

The goal of the program is to rehabilitate housing, eliminate health and safety hazards, prevent overcrowding and make affordable housing available. For more information, call 854-7475.
