Shea to Help Road Finances
Shea Homes, of Walnut, developer of the 573-acre Vantage Pointe housing tract in Rowland Heights, will contribute about $4 million to improve Fullerton and Pathfinder roads, which run beside the subdivision.
The total cost of the project is about $19 million. Los Angeles County will contribute $5 million. Property owners will be assessed the cost of a $10-million bond issue to be made by a community facilities district. The work is scheduled for completion in late 1989.
