Warmington Homes has announced the promotion of Gloria Andrews as a first vice president. Andrews will oversee residential finance and escrows for all Warmington divisions, including Thousand Oaks, Northern California, Inland Empire and San Diego.

Kenneth J. Reizes has been appointed senior vice president, director of project operations, for Ahmanson Commercial Development Co., Los Angeles. Reizes will oversee development of office and business park projects in Oakland, Calabasas, Pasadena, Orange County and San Diego.

Mo Tidemanis has been named vice president of development and construction for Coto de Caza, a private master-planned residential community in Orange County. Prior to his current appointment, Tidemanis served as project manager for Chevron Land & Development Co., a co-developer for Coto de Caza.

John M. Shine has been named president and chief operating officer of the First Financial Group of Companies, Encino. Jack Shine, founder and immediate past president of the firm, retains the post of chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer.
