A laborer was killed Monday at the Del Mar Fairgrounds when he fell from a flatbed truck and was run over by the vehicle, police reported.
The victim, Antonio Huerta Ruiz, 38, worked for Citrus Feed Co. of Laverne. He died at the scene of massive head injuries, Deputy Coroner Cal Vine said.
