Criminals and malcontents, beware! Big Brother is watching you. Via the TV set, that is. Robert Wayne Fisher, 47, was being held in the Imperial County jail in El Centro--arrested shortly after a profile of the accused fugitive aired on Fox Broadcasting Co.’s “America’s Most Wanted” call-in crime-busting show. El Centro Police Sgt. Ray Loera said Fisher--wanted in Louisiana on second-degree murder charges--was sleeping when police entered his room in a residential motel to arrest him. Loera confirmed they were able to locate Fisher only after several people--including Fisher’s roommates and co-workers--had seen the TV show and identified Fisher.
