The Geneva Cos. signed a $30-million lease for the top five floors of a 20-story Irvine Co. office building at Jamboree Center in Irvine.
The $85-million building will be completed late this year and joins two 12-story office towers and the Irvine Hilton at the office complex off the San Diego Freeway.
Geneva, a mergers and acquisitions specialist, will move from the South Coast Metro area in Costa Mesa.
