Toll Elected Head of State Contractors

Jerry Toll, vice president and manager of Kiewit Pacific Co., Arcadia, has been elected president of the California Associated General Contractors, succeeding Al R. Shankle of Al Shankle Construction Co., Anaheim.
Other new officers of the Sacramento area-based organization include Carl Otto, John F. Otto Inc., Sacramento, senior vice president; Thomas K. McManus Jr., Underground Construction Co. Inc., Benicia, vice president, and Donald L. McGrew, Griffith Co., Long Beach, treasurer.
Executive Vice President Richard B. Munn continues as secretary of the 2,100-member association of non-residential contractors.
