Mulroney Jet Makes Emergency Landing

VANCOUVER, Canada —
A jet carrying Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney and his family was forced to make an emergency landing here on Monday night after one of its two engines failed.
The Canadian-made executive jet developed engine trouble 10 minutes after leaving Nanaimo airport on Vancouver Island and was diverted to Vancouver where it landed safely, a spokesman for the prime minister said.
