Democratic presidential candidate Michael S. Dukakis will speak about offshore drilling at a rally Friday at 9 a.m. in Laguna Beach.
The event will be at Heisler Park, along the cliffs west of the Laguna Beach Museum of Art at Coast Highway and Cliff Drive.
